TENANT FILE REVIEW – $150

Review of tenancy documents with a clear assessment of issues, risks, and recommended next steps.

LANDLORD AND TENANT TRIBUNAL HEARING – $500

Representation before the LTB for scheduled hearings, including preparation and advocacy on your behalf.

NOTICE OR APPLICATION (PREPARATION AND FILING) – $200

Preparation and filing of Landlord and Tenant Board notices and applications; filing fees are additional.
